Description for Internet Explorer 7:

Choose Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level.

Search for Active Scripting, which is easy to find by scrolling to the bottom of the menu, and then one page up.

Mark the field for "Enable Active Scripting" to enable JavaScript.

Click OK, accept the change and click OK again.

For other browsers the procedure is usually something similar.

You may have to load the page again. JavaScript should now be activated, and the pages should display properly.
